ABSTRACT:
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into human resource management (HRM) is profoundly reshaping organizational models, offering strategic opportunities while raising significant ethical concerns. This article critically and constructively examines key risks such as algorithmic bias, the opacity of automated decision-making, and the misuse of personal data. It proposes a governance framework grounded in justice, inclusion, and respect for human dignity. From a forward-looking perspective, it explores emerging trends that position AI as a strategic partner in HRM and highlights its potential to enhance employee well-being and organizational sustainability. The central argument advocates for an ethical, human-centered, and critical integration of AI to build fairer, more inclusive, and person-focused workplaces.
